I simply can’t stress enough the sincere and wonderful kindness, diligence and care shown towards our new cat and myself from the whole team at Fernlea Hanham. As first time cat owners we were very worried when we came home to find our cat with a very poorly eye and the team went above and beyond to get us seen straight away. The knowledge, experience and professionalism were second to none. Right away from getting our cat booked in for his appointment through to being seen by the vet, we knew we were in the right hands. Thank you so very much to all the team for making a worrying time so much better!

8 months ago Matthew had to perform a complicated surgery on our Pomeranian due to a dislocation. I can honestly say he and the team did a fantastic job. The whole experience was superb by the team, I would also add its been one of the few vets who charges sensible prices not just for the procedure but the med requirements post op. Its a shame we live such a distance because in my view Fernlea are arguably the best veterinary practice I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.

My cat, Rex, came home one morning with an injured leg, he was really bleeding out... They took him in, no questions asked. It was a very bad injury, his tendons and ligaments also had to be stitched back. They did what they could and although he still has a limp which is now getting better every day.... he's still with me... Thank you so much x x x x

Very kind and thoughtful staff. Fully supportive in making the last few hours of my dogs life peaceful and not rushed. Such kindness shown to me and the dog. A sympathy card and plant seeds is such a lovely gesture. Fabulous vets
