If you’re looking for me, I’m probably buried under a mountain meat at my favorite Lebanese spot. This was my third visit and I can officially say: this place is a consistent 10/10. ​The atmosphere is always buzzing. It’s warm, welcoming, and has that perfect "stay a while" energy that makes it great for a date or a loud dinner with friends. ​The Food: I have yet to be disappointed. Every time I leave, I am happily, gloriously full. ​The Price: My wallet is just as happy as my stomach. For the quality and quantity you get, the price is incredibly reasonable.

The food was excellent, and I visited to celebrate a friend’s birthday. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to a lack of transparency around charges. We were asked to pay for the food separately, with a service charge added for each individual at a table of six. We were then asked to pay for drinks afterward, at which point an additional service charge was applied. We observed birthday songs and desserts being provided to other guests and were informed this could also be arranged for my friend. We were later told there would be a charge for the mini cake, which we were advised was approximately £6 and agreed to. However, we were ultimately charged £15, which included an additional fee for a sparkler as well as another service charge. While the food itself was very good, the numerous unexpected charges and lack of clear communication significantly detracted from the experience.

Great options for kebabs and grills! Loved the spinach and cheese dish. They also served a wonderful plate of baklavas!

Some of the best Lebanese food I have ever eaten in my life! The chicken plate was tender and juicy. A huge selection of fresh juice to order Service was wonderful with friendly staff Great vibes and food!!! Highly recommend

I've been to the Lona Grill House twice now and both meals were great. It is a busy restaurant and there was a queue to get in as we didn't have a reservation, but it didn't take long, about 10 to 15 minutes. The food was amazing, large portions so you need to be hungry and I liked the 50/50 option for rice and chips with the kebab. One thing that is unusual is that you pay when you order, which is handy as when you have finished, you can just leave without having to catch the staff to get the bill and pay. Will definitely return when I am back in the Bristol area.

Finally got to try Lona after reuniting with my friends :,). It lived up to the expectations. I opted for the spicy humous as my starter, provided with bread. It had a really nice kick and was pleasant. For my main, I had the mixed grill 2. The chicken was the star of the show - it was soft and really lovely. The chilli and garlic mayo sauces they offered hit the spot! I opted for a “clear skin” smoothie - composed of Watermelon, Mango and Pineapple. This was also really nice. Overall, I really enjoyed my time and would visit again.

Excellent Arabic dining establishment in the town. The cuisine was delectable, the atmosphere was remarkable, and the personnel were both professional and amiable.
