Food good .. prices ok .. had to wait almost 45 minutes after finishing our meal to get our takeaway .. can be extremely busy and crowded plus noisy .. but overall good value for money especially if you go at a non crowded busy day and time .. we were there Sunday evening thinking we were off peak!

Perhaps it was just because it was busy, but we had a terrible experience here. Had to pay as soon as we ordered and were charged the service charge then, which was odd but we didn’t think much of it at the time. Anyway, the service ended up being the worst service we’ve ever had at a restaurant in Bristol. We then ordered three meals for takeaway and were charged the service charge again on those, couldn’t believe it. When we tried to challenge this, we were told the service charge is compulsory because it’s stated on the menu. Absolutely fair enough if you’re sitting in, but charging it again on a takeaway order? What service are you paying for if it’s to takeaway? Such a shame as the food is nice.

If you’re looking for me, I’m probably buried under a mountain meat at my favorite Lebanese spot. This was my third visit and I can officially say: this place is a consistent 10/10. The atmosphere is always buzzing. It’s warm, welcoming, and has that perfect "stay a while" energy that makes it great for a date or a loud dinner with friends. The Food: I have yet to be disappointed. Every time I leave, I am happily, gloriously full. The Price: My wallet is just as happy as my stomach. For the quality and quantity you get, the price is incredibly reasonable.

The food was excellent, and I visited to celebrate a friend’s birthday. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to a lack of transparency around charges. We were asked to pay for the food separately, with a service charge added for each individual at a table of six. We were then asked to pay for drinks afterward, at which point an additional service charge was applied. We observed birthday songs and desserts being provided to other guests and were informed this could also be arranged for my friend. We were later told there would be a charge for the mini cake, which we were advised was approximately £6 and agreed to. However, we were ultimately charged £15, which included an additional fee for a sparkler as well as another service charge. While the food itself was very good, the numerous unexpected charges and lack of clear communication significantly detracted from the experience.
