Awful company - stay well clear. I ordered 6 items, and received 1. They have insisted that they are in the right. I suspect poor packing procedures and flawed customer service are at fault. I am unfortunately out of pocket and feeling very ripped off. I am raising a dispute through PayPal. Please take note of the reviews and save yourself the unnecessary stress. Many of us are buying products for our pets online because our pets have health conditions, and really don't need an extra problem in our lives. And this company has multiple - unlike my package, which was definitely a single.

Similar to other reviewers, one of the items in my order arrived damaged and was leaking (all the other boxes in the order arrived in a pretty bad way as it goes which is concerning given it is prescription medication, but no damage to those products as far as I could tell). I disposed of the leaking item and have been refused a refund without proof - but did receive a photo of myself receiving the item as their own proof(?). Not convinced I’d have received a refund even with photos based on the experiences others have detailed. Have had better experiences with Animed in the past and will be going back to them for future orders.

An absolute shambles of a company. Over charging for medication and absolutely slack at processing prescriptions, pets suffering due to their negligence and antics, we ordered well before the Christmas deadline, yet online chat and phonelines all unavailable. Now the dogs dry eye will get progressively worse and may cause blindness. Kudos... (sarcasm) Avoid like the plague.

I was very impressed with Pet Drugs Online. Within days of getting my prescription from the vets, both the flea treatment and worming treatment had arrived in perfect condition. A very competitive price and I was kept updated along the way. Emma P in the prescription team helped me with a query quickly. I will be using this company from now on.

2 stars, as my order was despatched promptly. Would have given 0 stars for Customer Service. My 3 boxes of controlled medication were crushed and torn, luckily the tablets were still intact, tho a few of the blister packs were split down the middle. However the tube of canine toothpaste was badly bent in the middle, possibly damaged inside. I sent several clear photos to customer service. Received a reply from Connie, whose care and empathy were severely lacking. 'She wanted to know what my problem was... The tablets were ok, the toothpaste box was slightly squashed, but the toothpaste looks fine to use'. The point that when a customer purchases expensive products and is charged a hefty £6.99 for delivery, they might expect their goods to arrive in decent condition is clearly way over her head. What an attitude! I'll be purchasing from an alternative supplier in future...

I have my order placed on 14 Aug(Thursday), bank card being debited and confirmed dispatched by email on Friday. It supposed to be arrived within 1-2 working days, I hear nothing from pet drug online or any delivery agent so far 18 Aug. I sent email and make calls to pet drugs online to enquire the order but of coz no feedback via email or phone(line is busy). My dog needs the low fat diet small size kibble after thoracic ligation n partial pericardectomy, this experience of online order is really a joke! Am going to seek help from my vet😔be careful before you order online from them. Don’t put your pet on risk think twice about the reliability and accessibility of the supplier. Finally I got the call back from petdrugs online, the lady blamed there’s delay in Royal Mail delivery but I don’t even get any tracking ref or text from RM. She gave me a track number, n Royal Mail said they haven’t got their product yet. It’s not a free delivery, it’s separate cost for express delivery promising within 1-2days n no mention of out of stock either. Glad that they responded to the feedback.

Have used Pet Drugs Online for years. Obtained written prescriptions from my vet and then got them fulfilled by PDO. Saved me a fortune for long term treatments. Also bought food and toothpaste etc. Always excellent service. The only issues tended to be non-availability of certain drugs which was out of their control.

This is my first time using Pet Drugs online but I have to say it was just as easy as ordering off Amazon or another day to day online store. I am not sure if I will be needing to make purchases for other medications in the future hopefully not understandably but it certainly helped destress my first time using this service with the quick processing time and the speedy shipping. In fairness of this review the only negative I do have about this company which unfortunately is a quite strong negative unfortunately but the call waiting times trying to reach someone at customer services etc are far far too long. I was stood at the vets for over an hour while the practice manager was on hold trying to contact them for me and it was pretty frustrating and if honest little embarrassing. So I sincerely hope they take this feedback constructively and work on improving call wait times for customers. Apart from that I'm pleased with the services so far and I do recommend this company to others.
