I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the care my cat, Max, has received at Rowe Cat Clinic. Fran and Kloe have been nothing short of exceptional. They have ensured not only that Max receives the highest standard of care, but also that I am fully informed, supported and comfortable with every decision made. Every treatment option and investigation has been discussed thoroughly, and all results have been communicated promptly and clearly. Every member of staff I’ve dealt with has been lovely. Kirstie is an absolute angel and always takes the time to ask how Max is doing whenever we’re in the clinic. She’s also taken so much stress away by sorting paperwork and insurance claims quickly and efficiently. Ash SVN was incredibly patient and kind, and Aimee RVN made me feel completely reassured that Max was in excellent hands. I’m an RVN myself, so I’m probably not the easiest client at times! But the team have been so brilliant that I’ve been able to switch off my nurse brain and just focus on being Max’s owner, which is the biggest compliment I can give. Thank you all for everything you’ve done for Max. It’s clear how much the whole team cares, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rowe Cat Clinic to anyone looking for excellent care for their feline friends!

Rowe Vets Cat Clinic are marvellous. The reception ladies are brilliant, friendly and very efficient and will do everything they can to find you an appointment time that suits your needs. The Vets are super friendly and very efficient and very professional too. I/we cannot fault this purely Cat Clinic at all. You and your cat/cats get 5***** treatment. Excellent.

Everyone we met on our first visit was friendly, helpful and kind. Many thanks to the kind receptionist who looked after Bertie whilst I moved my car and helped transfer a film of him to the Rowe system.

The staff at Rowe Cat Clinic are always friendly and welcoming and always so helpful. I called to ask if the vet could remove a tick from my cat and was seen within 2 hours!

Amazing caring staff both at the Cat Clinic and Wooton under edge branches our cat currently in house having radioactive iodine treatment I cannot stress how professional and supportive the teams are thank you so much from Tammy and her fur baby parents 💗

When my lovely cat Truby was very unwell and I had to decide whether to go for hospital stays and tests and treatment or to let her go for her big sleep, the cat team were brilliant. They gave me time, talked things through and based their advice on what was best for Truby. It was an awful time, but the care and support from the team really helped us get through it. Jo gives great hugs! If you’re looking for a vet practice that will care for your cats almost as much as you do, then this is the right place
