Owners repeatedly mention fast access to appointments, detailed explanations from the vet, and calm handling of anxious pets (including nail clipping for a dog that wouldn’t allow it at home). One review also flags a pricing surprise: a follow-up after surgery was said to be included, but a follow-up visit after antibiotics for a separate issue was charged.
Routine appointments, including check-ups and vaccinations (puppy check-up and vaccine mentioned).
Nail clipping handled in-clinic for an anxious dog who resisted at home.
Diagnostics and second opinions (one owner reports a prior cancer diagnosis elsewhere was corrected to bladder stones).
Surgery: a bladder stone operation is specifically mentioned, with an appointment for the operation arranged within a few days in that account.
Post-treatment follow-ups are discussed in reviews
A post-surgery follow-up was described by a reviewer as included in the price.
A follow-up after an antibiotics course for an unconnected infection was described as charged as a consultation.
Structured clinic data states this is a Veterinary Nurse Training facility.

Appalling experience. A complete lack of urgency that may potentially have cost our beloved cat his life. The worst experiences were: our cat was there for a day and they hadn't bothered to clean him up and tbe vet claimed he was walking fine and responding- that was absolutely not true. The practice was incapable of following a basic request to call the right person. The only concern they appeared to have was about maximising profit. I was also appalled that a dog had urinated by the reception area and it was just left.
