Very thorough examination of our poor dog who had stopped eating. Painkillers and good advice given, which we are following and we can see a marked improvement by this morning. Onwards and upwards!

I just wanted to thank Rowe vets Bradley Stoke for the help and care you gave to my neighbour last night, who attended your out of hours emergency service with his very poorly cat Issy. Emma was just amazing. Super compassionate, explained everything at every stage of the final outcome. Gave my neighbour the time he needed with Issy, and truly cared about both her patient and owner. It truly made all the difference at a very difficult time. A thank you doesn't seem enough. We are extremely grateful for the excellent service provided.

Booked my dog in because he had a hotspot, it was clearly infected but the vet insisted on prescribing Steroids and cream. The next day he got worse, and they won't prescribe antibiotics unless we pay for an emergency appointment for an additional £250. Even though it was clear he needed them yesterday. Avoid this service at all costs. They're just here to grab money.

Had to go in the early hours with my very poorly pug. From the off, the staff were kind and respectful explaining everything thoroughly and professionally, talking through options and answering questions fully and clearly. Inside the surgery room, again, the staff were very kind and did everything they possibly could for Peggy sue. I decided to have her put to sleep and the staff even gave me some paw prints and fur clippings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice
