It's sometimes more important to give five stars to demonstrate respect than it is to write an honest opinion. I wish them well.

Whenever I call or bring the pets in there is upmost care and time given. Like any vet it is expensive. Really good service.

My Cat had to go for dental surgery. When dropping him off they took him to a quiet room to try and lower his stress levels. The likely treatment was explained to us by Catlin, the vetinary nurse, who was able to answer all our questions with alacrity and knowledge, and showed a great deal of care and empathy. After an initial investigation we were given a call with exactly what would happen and an expected final cost. When we collected him we were given a record of the treatment that had taken place and walked through a post-operative care regime. I felt confident that the issues he'd been in for had been addressed and that he had been treated with compassionate care.

Having had a few trips here recently, I must say the team they have at present are particularly good! My cat was in such safe hands and they were kind, understanding, and I didn’t feel they were pushy for money. They used good judgement with her dental work. Recommend particularly if your cat has minor teeth issues as they have a sliding scale / pay per tooth (if a couple of extractions are needed) approach rather than binary payment levels. The love and attention my cat got - especially from the vet nurse and receptionists - was really appreciated. Thank you.
