Friendly nurse and helpers successfully cut my very wriggly dogs claws this morning. £15 for claw clipping is very good, highly recommend.

I've just got a new kitty and I've been here twice. They are super friendly and lovely. They probably think my questions are a little naive as such a new cat mum, but they are incredibly professional, friendly and comforting! I have the care plan and they have been great at advising what appts I need when and it's all included (general checks, vaccines, spaying, chipping)

I would give a 0/5 stars. I Brought one of our Guinea pigs in with a lump under her chin they told me a list of things that it could be but they said it would cost £250 to take a sample and test it so they could find out what it was. They recommended antibiotics first to see if that worked which it didn’t and that cost me £100. I then took her to a different vets and they took a sample there and then and told me it was a cyst and they drained it straight away and it only cost £60. they told me if it grows back then it would only cost £200 to remove the cyst which is cheaper than what vets4pets wanted just to take a sample. please avoid vets4pets at all costs as they are rip offs and only in it for the money. How are you supposed to get your pets the treatment they need when there charging massive amounts of money. will definitely not be using these again

Cannot fault vets4pets brislington. The dedication to the animals is fantastic. The care they gave my girl was the absolute best. I felt very comfortable leaving her with them as I knew she was in safe hands. All the ladies are so lovely and Gab is the best!! You’re all an amazing team. Thankyou so much for saving Tess’s life we can’t thank you enough ☺️

A very friendly practice. The staff are always happy to help, they have gotten to know our dog even stopping to say hi when they pass us in the store. Very nice and professional vets practice. Our dog has a number of allergies and the staff here always make a point of asking how she is doing even if she isn't there with us!
