The strongest signals we do have come from Google reviews and they overwhelmingly describe visitor experiences at the zoo (animal exhibits, talks, food, playgrounds), not veterinary care—so they’re of limited use if you’re trying to choose a vet for a dog, cat, or other pet.
The latest reviews available to us mostly mention zoo staff rather than veterinary staff
No veterinarians, nurses, or clinical staff are named in the available inputs.

Fabulous day out for all the family. Good value. Really enjoyed our lunchtime pizza.

Brilliant day out. Volunteers are so friendly and happy to answer any questions. Great location and the animals are clearly well looked after. Even got this amazing shot of one of the wolverines!

You can see that it's still a work in progress but the staff are so wonderful and all the play parks are great entertainment between animals. My little LOVES the giraffes and the yearly membership is great value and keeps us coming back again and again. It's easy access to the M5 and ample free parking makes it's a really straight forward day out. The food options are limited but very high quality and with Cribbs just across the roundabout you're spoiled for off site options.

Took my two kids (Just under 2 ) Got there at lunch time. Place is nice and clean even though we did spot a rat by the bins. We tried the pizzas and I gotta say they are pretty good and a decent size to. Veggie options to as well as meat. Kids enjoyed the play area with adult help due to being Abit to Little for most bits doing it solo. Now the bit that we were abit gutted about was most animals like the wolves and a few others we couldn't see in their enclosures. We got to see about 6 animals before it was time to leave. So I think getting here when it opens is your best bet to see everything. Shop was abit disappointing nothing in there compared to the original Zoo sadly. Overall nice place if you go at open doors and have a deal on tickets. But for little ones Im finding of 50/50.

We both couldn't be happier with the lemur feeding experience. Ben, the zookeeper who guided us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, telling us lots about the lemur lifestyle in the wild and at the zoo, mixed with fun facts about the personalities of the ring tailed lemurs we got to feed. Getting to witness their reactions and behaviour up close was really special and Ben captured some amazing photos for us. We also got to prep the foods in the zoo kitchen and visit the ruffed lemurs walkthrough before it was open to the public. After the experience we got to see the rest of the zoo which is a great day out in itself. Our highlights were seeing the red river hogs, the bear forest trail and having pizza right next to the cheetah enclosure for lunch (not in a dangerous way, that's where the pizzeria is located 😊)

Had a lovely time visiting Bristol Zoo Project. Loved seeing all of the animals. Keepers/ volunteers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals. Loved the talks they did throughout the day. Spacious car park, clean facilities and lots of places to sit and have food and drink. The only downside are the prices for food and drink. Would recommend a visit!

I had a lovely day here. There’s a lot of space for the animals and it’s nice that they are able to roam around. There’s not as big a selection of animals, but there are still plenty there to see. We got lucky and managed to see all the animals. There’s still work in progress, and there’s some work under construction. The highlight for me was seeing the giraffes. One of the giraffes was really close. It was amazing to see. The bear woods was good too, as we managed to see the bears come out at the perfect time. We got ice cream at the end, which was delicious. I had a really nice day here at the zoo. I’d highly recommend it for a day out.

Nice little zoo, aimed at younger children. Lots of walking around to the different exhibits. We looked at everything at a leisurely pace with several drinks and food stops in under six hours. The site is expanding. Hopefully they will also build more toilets - the current lack of being really my only criticism. Probably best visited when the weather is half decent.
