As always good advice given. The very next day my puppies symptoms started to improve. I was given reassurance always good when your feeling anxious and not sure what to do.

The actual vets are very good with my cat but when you ring up for a appointment the receptionist is very rude this is the second time this has happened and this is the same person I spoke to, first time trying to tell me what medication my cat was on which was wrong trying to make me feel like an idiot which I'm not ,now trying to tell me that my cat's illness isn't life threating which it is .so now I'm downgrading your stars.i would like to upgrade the vets but only for the receptionist at Westbury vets and the lovely vet that I saw I think her name was Sharon I do apologize if I got your name wrong but thank you very much for all your kindness at the most difficult time. Of my life. .she was absolutely brilliant with my cat smudge who has now passed away. I've been to other vets and they are the best.so I like to say thank you again.

Love the guys in westbury! Very friendly, welcoming environment. My dog Tan used to have her between chemo checks here and and she would always be greeted so warmly, she was everyone’s best friend 😊, now my new boy Ross feels so relaxed there he falls asleep! and my girl lexi gets so excited to see the guys she wees herself (sorry about that) overall fab place with fab people!! I trust these guys entirely!!
